All mumineen who have received approval to travel for KUN safar 1436H; 
please do the following ASAP.

1. Please send ONE email to  Sigatul Najaf wa Karbala at 
snkofficemumbai@gmail.com<mailto:snkofficemumbai@gmail.com> and 
Faiz-e-Husaini (America) at 
faizehusaini@gmail.com<mailto:faizehusaini@gmail.com> to provide your travel 
itinerary along with screenshot of your ITS approval so that your visa can 
be arranged at Najaf Airport and a letter can be send to you  authenticating 
availability of visa on arrival.  This letter will facilitate you in 
boarding the plane without visa.

2. Please make sure your email is addressed to both offices mentioned above. 
(use ONE email to inform both)

3. Please note Faiz-e-Husaini (America) can facilitate you in obtaining your 
air ticket or else you can arrange your own air ticket.

padharse. Je mumineen ne Aqa Maula TUS saathe ziyarat ni niyat hoi ye 
www.its52.com<http://www.its52.com> par register kare. RAZA WAGAR KOI BHI 
TRAVEL KARE NAHI.

Important Instructions:

Raza
i. Raza will be granted as per Nizam to a limited number of people.
ii. Raza will only be granted to mumineen who are registered on 
www.its52.com<http://www.its52.com>.
iii. Those who are granted RAZA have to contact their respective 
Faiz-e-Husainy Office.
iv. Raza is applicable to ALL including (children/infants can only travel 
with applicable Raza letter).

Travel Procedure after Obtaining RAZA Mubarak
i. Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of travel.
a. Through Faiz-e-Husainy
    i. Contact respective Faiz-e-Husainy office for Visa and Tickets.
b. Through Self Booking
    i. DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKET UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED RAZA MUBARAK.
    ii. Arrival Port has to be Najaf Airport.
    iii. Once you have confirmed your booking kindly send your ticket copy

IF YOUR TRAVEL DETAILS ARE NOT SENT TO THE ABOVE EMAIL ID YOUR VISA 
PROCEDURE WILL NOT BE DONE AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR DEPORTATION.

Lawazam
i. 440 USD per pax.
ii. Expected visa charges payable at Najaf Airport (100 USD per pax).
iii. Other taxes and charges payable as applicable.
iv. Stay in Iraq should be maximum 7 nights. Extra stay will incur extra 
lawazam.
